That Mom of Four was started in 2018 with the purpose of helping fellow parents, especially moms manage their roles as a caregiver, working parent, teacher and a  guardian with a little more ease through the tips, tools and tricks that I've discovered in my own journey as a mother of four. 

 

This serves as a platform for me to share all about my life, hacks and tips as a mompreneur, health coach and motivator to make life easier and more fulfilling for everyone. Come join me!
