That Mom of Four was started in 2018 with the purpose of helping fellow parents, especially moms manage their roles as a caregiver, working parent, teacher and a  guardian with a little more ease through the tips, tools and tricks that I've discovered in my own journey as a mother of four. 

 

This serves as a platform for me to share all about my life, hacks and tips as a mompreneur, health coach and motivator to make life easier and more fulfilling for everyone. Come join me!

Calling all mommies-to-be & postpartum mommies! It can be such a big challenge trying to welcome motherhood and also be on the recovery journey.

 

Proudly sponsored by Pledge of Love join Dawn as she holds an Anti-Aging Self Care session for Moms via Zoom.

 

She will be sharing all sorts of tips & tricks on self-care and self-love for one’s body before and after giving birth to your precious one. A simple yoga session will also be held to help relieve body aches and postpartum body stress.
